Ream Design, LLC is seeking a qualified Landscape Crew Leader.
Position Overview:
The landscape crew leader is an experienced landscaper working under minimal supervision. The position works as a member of the team and directs the activities of two or more team members at a job site. The landscape crew leader is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to operate a variety of equipment and has a working knowledge of horticultural practices and construction techniques. The Crew leader is responsible for safely and efficiently producing quality landscape construction & maintenance services that meet or exceed the standards of clients and management. This position performs a variety of landscape activities, such as planting installation, lawn installation, hardscape installations and general maintenance.
