Ream Design, LLC is seeking a qualified Landscape Technician/Crew Member.
Position Overview:
The Crew Member is responsible for safely and efficiently producing quality landscape construction & maintenance services that meet or exceed the standards of clients and management. This position performs a variety of landscape activities, such as planting installation, lawn installation, small hardscape installations and general maintenance.
Knowledge and
Experience:
-A high school degree or GED is preferred. Experience in the landscaping and/or hardscaping field is also preferable.
-Candidate must be able to read and write.
-Good oral communication skills, job planning skills, and mechanical aptitude are a must.
-Ability to operate a truck and trailer combination proficiently.
-Massachusetts Driver's License.
We are actively looking for good, long term experienced Crew Members with experience in construction and maintaining residential landscaping, to join our team.
-All of our positions are outdoors, very physical and fast paced.
-Pay is based on your experience.
-There are opportunities for advancement, if you are willing to work hard, have an interest to grow with the company.
