RequirementsPosition Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our compliance efforts by reviewing supplier documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
Job Description:
- Reviewing supplier documentation in Trace Gains portal (Maintain Supplier Registers with document expiration dates and make sure that all supplier docs are up to date)- Fulfill customer Requests for Documentation (emails/customer portals)- E-filing records- Maintain Controlled Documents - SOPS, SSOP's, Forms, etc - Create/Revise through Change Order ProcessExperience- Minimum of 1 year experience- Familiar working in a software portal environment (data entry)- Document review- Administrative support- Food manufacturing/pharmaceutical/legal/academia/regulatory industry experience is a plus.
Skills/Competencies- Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills- Strong analytical and computer skills- Knowledge of manufacturing, food processing, pharmaceutical, HACCP, GMP's, SSOP's and FSMA's Regulatory Landscape is a plus.
- Must be able to juggle multiple competing projects- Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills- Proven ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects- Ability to read and interpret documents such as food safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to follow instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
