We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving them to completion.
This role requires a professional with a deep understanding of project timelines, DMR (Device Master Record), and project plans.
This is a permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to lead, grow, and make a significant contribution to our organization.
Responsibilities:
1.
Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives in the manufacturing industry.
2.
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
3.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents.
4.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
5.
Manage project timelines, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule.
6.
Maintain Device Master Record (DMR) to ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date.
7.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
8.
Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
9.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
10.
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
11.
Track project milestones and deliverables.
12.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
13.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management in the manufacturing industry.
3.
Proven experience with project timelines, DMR, and project plans.
4.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
5.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
6.
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
7.
Proficient in project management software.
8.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change.
9.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
10.
PMP certification is a plus.
