Central Ave Compassionate Care is a medical marijuana cultivator, product manufacturer, and dispensary in Ayer, MA that is committed to providing the best quality cannabis and cannabis infused products to registered patients as well as adult consumers.
Key success factors for this position will include team collaboration, precise attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to drive efficiency and pace without compromising on product quality.
Candidates should be professional, career-minded, punctual, reliable, positive, and hard working.
This is a part-time or full-time, hourly position that reports to the Post Harvest Manager and the Director of Cultivation.
Essential Functions Work individually and in group settings to trim, package, and process cannabis flower Trim multiples strains of cannabis flower for multiple uses Efficiently package cannabis infused edibles for retail Maintain accuracy and consistency over long periods of time Ensure production goals established by the Post Harvest Manager are being met Maintain an organized and sterile work environment Understand and strictly adhere to policies and procedures Efficient with Google Suite Requirements Must be 21 years of age Must be able to pass a full background check.
Excitement to work in a fast paced environment Employing a can-do attitude and readiness to complete any tasks asked.
Ability to strictly adhere to protocols Must be organized and focused Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time Ability to stay task oriented for long periods of time Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
