5 Ayer, MA Ayer, MA Full-time Full-time From $25 an hour From $25 an hour POSITION SUMMARY The Warehouse Delivered Performance Analyst role is primarily responsible for supporting the Warehouse Delivery (WHD) Bulk team in accounts payable performance and performance to Annual Operating Plans.
Responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable processes, AP Admin training and development, and will also support the WHD Capital Expenditure process.
This position will report to the Sr.
Performance Manager.
This position collaborates with other Finance, Accounting and Operations teams on various initiatives where their financial/operational experiences can be leveraged.
The position requires the ability to understand the entire supply chain and its impact on other areas of the business.
This position has no direct reports but will be required to collaborate with others at all levels, throughout the organization.
DAILY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable ownership for multiple sites Accounts Payable SOP's and Training/Onboarding programs for the WHD Administrative team Adherence to AP Terms, on-time payments Conduct in-depth analysis on financial metrics, partner with WHD, Center Of Excellence and Headquarters teams to drive improved performance results.
Develop and lead tactics/projects to meet operational targets.
Collaborate with WHD and COE leaders to develop and execute the Training Programs Support the AP controls agenda for WHD including Corporate Audit controls activities.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience Extensive experience and expertise in SAP, Accounts Payable, PCARD, vendor setup and payment KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
Results-oriented with ability to initiate and lead projects to completion.
Ability to function effectively in a team environment and influence individuals across the organization.
Aptitude to work with minimal supervision.
Strong Office Skills:
Excel, Pivot Tables, Presentations, SAP, Power BI Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills.
