We currently have open positions in our Ayer, MA and Sutton, MA offices.
The ideal candidate will be committed to providing excellent customer care and must work well in a fast paced, rapidly evolving environment.
This candidate will need a solid track record in a call center or customer service role, with strong computer skills and communication skills.
Position will respond to customer inquires, service requests, and customer concerns.
You will become familiar with all of our products, services, systems, and practices and will coordinate closely across all departments to provide seamless care to our valued customers.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
